*GEMMAUSA BRANCH RETURN POLICY *

• 

1. IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (WITHIN 15 DAYS)


        A. If the product is originally defective, we will provide a 100% exchange or refund.

 

        B. In case of exchange and refund due to a defective product, you must submit a request to the 


           GEMMAUSA Branch within 15 days from the date you received the product.


        C. In case of exchange and refund due to a defective product, you must submit a request by email 

           to the GEMMAUSA Branch within 15 days from the date you received the product.


        D. Exchanges:
           
           We will exchange the product once we receive and review the condition of the defective product.

        E. How to submit the request:


           Submit an email directly to GEMMAUSA Branch using the method below.
 

           Please be sure to indicate the purchased Gemma ID number and date of purchase.

     2. EXCHANGE AND REFUND FOR ANY PRODUCTS (WITHIN 30 DAYS)


         A. In the following cases, exchanges and refunds are not accepted:

             a) For products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
         
             b) If the 30-day return/exchange period has expired.

         B. In case of Normal product exchange and refund Period.

         C.  In case of exchange or refund, you must submit a request by email to the GEMMAUSA Branch 

             within 30 days from the date you received the product.


         D. We do not accept partial order cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.

         E. Restocking Fee:

   
            Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus

            4% of the product price and all-around shipping costs.


         F. For any reason a customer is not satisfied with GEMMAUSA products, they may return unopened 

            Items within 30 days from the date you received the product.


         G. How to submit the request:
